Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer in the event of system maintenance, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. BingoPlus does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
All funds deposited must come from a payment source registered in your own name. BingoPlus will not process withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for deposits without additional verification. Funds suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Note on Cryptocurrency: BTC and USDT deposits are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. BingoPlus is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations. All cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to the same KYC requirements as fiat currency withdrawals.

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance without compensation.
